Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and organized Billing Clerk to assist our accounting team. The ideal candidate will engage in various billing tasks, ensuring precision and effectiveness in financial documentation and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

Data Management and Documentation:

  • Aid in the upkeep of precise financial records and ledgers.
  • Enter data into billing software accurately.
  • Organize and archive financial documents systematically.

Assist Accounting Operations:

  • Contribute to the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts.
  • Support the closing processes at month-end and year-end.

Invoice and Expense Oversight:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Assist in the oversight of expense reports.
  • Ensure prompt processing of invoices.

Administrative Assistance:

  • Provide support to the accounting department.
  • Organize meetings and appointments as necessary.
  • Handle communications and correspondence.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Carry out other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an accounting or administrative capacity is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
