  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with the HR and Operations team to manage the administrative aspects of the hiring process.
    • Coordinate candidate communications, schedule interviews, and maintain recruitment calendars.
  • Recruitment and Screening
    • Post job openings on various platforms and websites.
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation.
  • Compliance and Onboarding
    • Ensure compliance with federal regulations by accurately verifying I-9 documentation for all new hires.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of new hire orientation programs.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and new hire records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and HRIS.

Requirements
  • 1- 3 years of Recruiting or HR Admin experience
  • Familiarity with relevant employment Law
