Job Description

**Customer Service Administrator**

At Cross USA, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key contributor to our day-to-day operations, you will provide exceptional customer service by working closely with our sales and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Expedite Requests: Manage the process for customer expedite requests, status requests, order acknowledgements, and equipment records in NetSuite.
  • Service Technician Support: Manage service technician's calibration equipment by getting quotes from vendors, acquiring RMAs, creating POs, and tracking on a Google spreadsheet.
  • Customer COI Requests: Swiftly handle customer COI requests.
  • Customer Compliance: Manage customer compliance needs, including simple paperwork requests.
  • Principal Leads: Close the loop on Principal Leads by updating the principals and ensuring actual data entry is complete.
  • Monthly Reports: Submit the monthly Principal Sales Funnels for Brooks, Richards, etc.
  • Rentals and Projects: Track any rentals that we set up and submit Portal Documents on Projects.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support to Management Team: Support the Process Solutions Management team with various projects upon request.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special customer support projects as requested by management.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: High School/GED required and Associates or Bachelors degree preferred and 1-2 years customer support experience, or High School/GED required and 3 years customer support experience in wholesale distribution (preferred) or related industry.
  • Competencies: Computer literate and highly productive in a multi-window environment, excellent keyboard skills, ERP literate, excellent communication skills, detail oriented and highly organized, knowledge of customer service principles and practices, math and problem-solving skills.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Sitting and Data Entry: Sit at desk, with minimal breaks, for up to four hours at a time, perform data entry for up to four hours at a time with minimal breaks.
  • Physical Demands: Move and pull catalogs that may weigh up to ten pounds, spend extended lengths of time viewing computer screens, possess a clear and articulate speaking voice.
