The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership, conservation, and ornithology, and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Ornithologyexchange team in achieving our mission and strategic objectives
  • Develop and implement budgets, grants, and fundraising strategies to support the organization's financial growth
  • Supervise and lead a team of staff, including recruitment and management of new staff members
  • Oversee the development and implementation of programs and projects related to ornithological conservation and research
  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to advance the organization's mission and goals
  • Ensure the financial integrity and scientific excellence of the organization

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in ornithology, conservation biology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership and management roles in conservation or ornithology
  • Strong knowledge of ornithological conservation and research principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
