Manufacturing Team Member

The role of a Production Associate involves engaging in various manufacturing tasks under direct supervision, adhering to specific guidelines and procedures. The position requires the execution of routine activities aimed at meeting defined productivity and quality standards, which may involve repetitive motions over extended periods.
Key Responsibilities- Execute production activities following detailed instructions to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all tools, equipment, and materials are kept in optimal condition.
- Adhere to safety and quality protocols, promptly reporting any incidents or accidents to management.
- Handle and transport production materials as necessary, including loading and unloading items between various work areas.
- Perform basic material handling tasks, utilizing hand jacks and other equipment under supervision.
- No formal education or prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. Previous experience is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and support individuals with disabilities.
- Basic skills in reading, counting, sorting, and recording information.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, or move at least twenty-five pounds, along with bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
- Proficiency in the English language is required.
