Manufacturing Team Member

Position Summary: The role involves executing production activities under close supervision, adhering to precise guidelines. Responsibilities include performing routine tasks aimed at achieving specified quantity and quality benchmarks, which may involve repetitive physical actions for extended durations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace; ensure all equipment, tools, and materials are in optimal condition.
- Adhere to established quality and safety protocols, promptly reporting any incidents or accidents to a supervisor or administrative personnel.
- Handle and transport production materials as necessary, moving finished goods between workstations and loading/unloading areas.
- Execute material handling tasks under supervision, utilizing basic equipment such as hand jacks and banding machines.
Qualifications:
- No formal education or prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided. Previous experience is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and individuals with disabilities.
- Skills in reading, counting, sorting, and recording information.
- Physical capability to lift, carry, or move a minimum of twenty-five pounds; ability to bend, crouch, kneel, stoop, and walk.
- Proficiency in the English language.
