Job Description

RidewNow Powersports, a leading retailer of powersports, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Parts Counter Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers and technicians to identify required parts and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sell a wide range of powersports products, including parts and accessories, to customers.
  • Process catalog requests, look up records, and enter customer information accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide cost of parts for customers and ensure all displays are organized and visually appealing.
  • Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a powersports dealership or retail sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with stocking and organizing parts inventory, as well as experience with Point-of-Sale and computerized inventory systems.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for the powersports industry.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with a commission-based pay plan and willing to meet sales targets.
