About the Role:
The Pharmacy Manager plays a crucial role in influencing the well-being of our clients and collaborating with clinic partners. This position is responsible for overseeing the financial, clinical, and quality aspects of pharmacy services while managing daily pharmacy operations, including the dispensing of medications and providing personalized consultations to consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster exceptional relationships with consumers and clinic partners to effectively address their needs.
  • Serve as a clinical expert, working closely with the healthcare team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
  • Provide education and counseling to patients regarding medication usage, potential side effects, and treatment schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in pharmacy operations.
  • Conduct wellness services, including immunizations and preventive care.
  • Drive financial performance and identify growth opportunities within the pharmacy.
  • Inspire and develop pharmacy staff to reach their full potential and deliver outstanding service.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment that embodies our core values and culture.
  • Engage in workforce and business planning to ensure operational excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with community stakeholders to enhance pharmacy services.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote pharmacy offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D.
  • Current pharmacist's license in the relevant state.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Certification as an immunizer or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to administer Long Acting Injectables.

Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
