Multilingual Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**
Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Contact Center, you will provide exceptional customer support to our US and Canadian independent dealers and company-owned locations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Process, monitor, and track orders as a key account representative.
- Provide backup support for other team members' accounts.
- Act as liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments related to specific customer orders.
- Analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements:**
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of Order Management experience.
- Must be fluent in English and French.
- Preferred: College Degree.
