Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling a high volume of customer inquiries, and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Escalate complex issues to senior team members and work collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Quality and Productivity: Strive for quality and productivity in all tasks, meeting or exceeding performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of call center experience or equivalent customer-facing role.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) and excellent communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
