Job Title: Transportation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Manager to join our Supply Chain Solutions division in Dayton, OH or Fort Wayne, IN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within an assigned function, ensuring the attainment of daily operational goals, and leading direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
  • Health and Safety Management
  • State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
Requirements:
  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
