Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver complex projects within defined timelines.
  • Steer projects from initial ideation through development, delivery, and ongoing operations.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and communication among team members across various departments to meet project objectives.
  • Clearly outline project deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all team members.
  • Guarantee alignment and comprehension of project goals among all stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and strategic planning for high-complexity, cross-functional projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project requirements and standards, ensuring meticulous documentation and planning.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to assess progress, address inquiries, and resolve challenges.
  • Establish and implement value creation processes with defined inputs and outputs.
  • Set and monitor performance KPIs to track project progress and impact, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Review and evaluate existing workflows to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Introduce innovative solutions and best practices to improve efficiency, speed, and overall productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with executives, providing consistent updates on project status and key milestones.
  • Draft comprehensive project review documents, including status reports, post-mortem analyses, and lessons learned.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • 10+ years in business, product, or operations planning.
  • Master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Professional Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) from an accredited institution preferred. Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-complexity, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Strong writing abilities, capable of producing clear and concise project review documents.
  • Experience in Datacenter operations, software/hardware development is essential.
