About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Security Engineer to join our team at Zoom Corporation. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure solutions, leading security initiatives, and addressing evolving privacy and security challenges, particularly in AI and machine learning models.

This is a hands-on, self-motivated leadership role that requires a strong background in product security, AI security, and secure product development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, privacy, and legal, to ensure that security and privacy requirements are included in product design and implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing the design, architecture, and implementation of security solutions for our products, ensuring the highest security standards are met.
  • Providing expert guidance on AI security, including identifying and mitigating privacy issues, threats, and vulnerabilities in AI/ML models.
  • Staying updated and ensuring adherence to security best practices, including OWASP Top 10 and OWASP Top 10 for LLMs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all stages of product development.
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks in both AI and non-AI applications.
  • Driving security initiatives across the organization, promoting a culture of security awareness.
  • Staying current with emerging security trends, tools, and best practices, particularly related to AI and ML privacy and security concerns.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in product security, with a deep expertise on AI security and secure product development.
  • Expertise in addressing security and privacy issues and implementing threat mitigations in AI models and machine learning.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI models, security frameworks such as OWASP Top 10 and OWASP Top 10 for LLMs.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, C/C++.
  • Deep understanding of cryptographic algorithms and protocols (e.g., AES, RSA, HMAC, Elliptic Curve Cryptography, SSL/TLS, PKI, HTTPS).
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
What We Offer

At Zoom Corporation, we offer a competitive salary range of $118,600.00 to $259,500.00, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
