Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide high-quality support to our customers through various channels, including live chat, email, and video calls.
- Team Collaboration: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the customer experience.
- Leadership: Lead by example and mentor new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a leadership role.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with Zendesk, Jira, Slack, and Zoom is a plus.
- A competitive salary range of $65,500 - $73,000.
- Eligibility for incentive stock options.
