Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide high-quality support to our customers through various channels, including live chat, email, and video calls.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with Zendesk, Jira, Slack, and Zoom is a plus.
