Job Summary

Maverick Helicopters, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with the check-in process for their helicopter tour, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Accommodate guests in an attentive, courteous, and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and organize each flight by reservations and weight, assigning boarding numbers as needed.
  • Text and email guest flight reminders and any pick-up/self-drive reminders.
  • Greet passengers upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Apply payment to reservations via cash, credit card, and voucher.
  • Check guests' photo ID and weigh guests, recording actual weight on pilot manifest.
  • Perform weight and balance for each flight, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Take photos, print photos, display photos, sell photos, and upload digital photos to Dropbox.
  • Stock and inventory photo items, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
  • Sell, stock, tag, and inventory gift shop merchandise, providing guests with a unique shopping experience.
  • Walk the lobby and Guest Restrooms after each departure and arrival, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Wipe down and disinfect check-in counters, workstations, photo desk, lobby furniture, and restrooms.
  • Walk the courtyard for garbage and lost items, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Make, break down, and clean coolers, ensuring a safe and efficient experience.
  • Accept, verify, and put deliveries away, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Organize stock, rotate, and check expiration dates on food and beverage items, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds, ensuring a safe and efficient experience.
  • Stock supplies, including pilot manifests, briefing cards, boarding cards, pens, and other essential items.
  • Count and verify cash till at start and end of shift, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Drop cash earned for the day, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • File paid reservations in Daily Sales Folder, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Count café inventory, maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Book flights for walk-in guests and be knowledgeable in our flight experiences, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Communicate with drivers to locate guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Communicate with guests and external booking agents to locate guests for pick-up, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Make notes in each reservation if the guests have an issue for documentation purposes, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Answer inbound phone calls, if needed, transfer to the correct location, department, or individual, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Double-check all bookings to ensure no mistakes are present, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Prepare driver pick-up/drop-off slips, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties assigned by the manager, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
