We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team at Affinity Property Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, generating accounts payable, and providing exceptional customer service to our property managers.
This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package, including a starting hourly rate of $25.00 and a comprehensive benefits package.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and generate accounts payable
- Provide customer service to property managers
- Work closely with the Controller to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
- Research and resolve vendor discrepancies
- Disburse payments and process refunds
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
- Accounts Payable experience preferred
Working Conditions:
- Approximately 95% in an office environment using a computer and phone
- Approximately 5% in an out-of-office environment for company events, site visits, or industry trainings
