This is a full-time position with a competitive compensation package, including a starting hourly rate of $25.00 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and generate accounts payable
  • Provide customer service to property managers
  • Work closely with the Controller to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
  • Research and resolve vendor discrepancies
  • Disburse payments and process refunds

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
  • Accounts Payable experience preferred

Working Conditions:

  • Approximately 95% in an office environment using a computer and phone
  • Approximately 5% in an out-of-office environment for company events, site visits, or industry trainings
