We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Assistant to join our team at Trinity Solar. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining our local fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain DOT compliance for all vehicles and drivers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage daily vehicle inspection logs, identifying and addressing any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Coordinate and perform basic vehicle maintenance, including scheduling repairs and maintenance at local garages as needed.
  • Perform facility maintenance and other duties as determined by your supervisor.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot issues.
  • Previous experience in auto mechanical repair and maintenance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with drivers and other team members.
  • Proficiency in computer and smartphone systems, with the ability to learn new software and technologies.
