Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely scheduling of patient visits, including Oasis visits.
  • Coordinate with field clinicians to ensure all patient visits are scheduled and completed as ordered.
  • Manage calls from patients and field staff related to scheduling issues.
  • Refer clinical and performance-related issues to the clinical manager.
  • Monitor hospitalized patients and communicate with the team to ensure timely follow-up.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • One year of scheduling experience in a healthcare environment (preferred).
