Job Summary

Livewire is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to provide financial data entry and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily invoice preparation, customer communication, payment processing, and collections on past due accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Duties:
    • Utilize accounting software, such as Quickbooks Online and Zoho, to manage financial transactions.
    • Prepare and process daily invoices and payments.
    • Assist customers with billing inquiries and resolve any issues.
    • Monitor and reconcile recurring revenue accounts.
    • Perform collections on past due accounts and track builder credits and accounts.
    • Process W-9 and COI requests from customers.
    • Reconcile bank accounts and process payroll commissions.
    • Create and track gift cards for customers.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Greet visitors and manage office appointments.
    • Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
    • Prepare informational brochures for potential clients.
    • Complete tasks requested by management and maintain office supplies.
    • Close the office and showroom daily.
  • Cross-Training:
    • Accounts payable entry.
    • Bank account reconciliation.
    • Payroll processing.
    • Assist with travel arrangements.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • 1-3 years of accounts receivable experience.
  • Experience with Google Suite and Quickbooks Online.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform work with minimal supervision.
  • Bookkeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift at least 15 lbs without assistance.
