Position Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Financial Operations Specialist for a contract-to-hire position within a non-profit organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Oversee payroll and maintain the general ledger.
  • Prepare financial reports and ensure accuracy in documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, along with a minimum of 5 years of comprehensive accounting experience. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, reliability, and effective communication abilities. Proficiency in software applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word is essential.

Compensation:

Contract Pay Range: $25 to $30 per hour, based on experience.
Permanent Salary Range: $55,000 to $65,000, inclusive of benefits.

Additional Information:

Applicants must successfully complete a criminal background check, credit check, drug screening, and fingerprinting.
