We are seeking a highly skilled Die Technician II to join our team at Pridgeon and Clay Inc. As a Die Technician II, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and repairing dies to ensure high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain dies to meet quality standards
  • Repair and troubleshoot die-related issues
  • Collaborate with die design team to ensure accurate die components
  • Operate various machine tools to spot, grind, and finish hardened mill blocks
  • Install and replace sensors, guarding, and valves
  • Document hours and work activity in record-keeping system
  • Participate in continuous improvement events and problem-solving teams
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's Degree in Tooling & Manufacturing or similar program
  • Experience in prototype or tool & die trade
  • Ability to train and assess other Die Technician trainees
  • Excellent problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
