Key Responsibilities- Clinical Services:
- Provide information and referrals to clients and community resources, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Conduct intake interviews and complete admission paperwork, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Administration/Management:
- Oversee the quality of clinical services, providing individual and group supervision to ensure high standards are met.
- Ensure performance reviews are completed annually for staff under direct supervision, including setting specific, individual professional development goals.
- Maintain accurate and current clinical records, adhering to Medical Assistance standards and DHS licensing regulations.
- Consultation and Education:
- Provide consultation on clinical and administrative issues to other resources as requested, promoting best practices and expertise.
- Develop and deliver educational training and information to families, friends of clients, and the general public, as needed.
- Lead in-service training for staff, ensuring it meets licensure standards and clinical needs.
