Job Description

Job Summary

The GovServicesHub is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure that supports our organization's mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our organization, including network architecture, server infrastructure, and storage systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize infrastructure needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect our infrastructure and data from cyber threats.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize system resources.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of infrastructure configurations and procedures.
  • Provide Tier III support to our users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in the field or related subject matter area.
  • 5 years of experience in General Information Technology.
  • 5 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • 4 years of experience in Cisco Routing and Switching.
  • 4 years of experience in Hardware Installation.
  • 3 years of experience in Network Design.
  • 3 years of experience in Vsphere/Virtualization.
  • 1 year of experience in VPN & Remote Access Technologies.
  • Cybersecurity experience is required.
  • Experience with backup solutions, network monitoring, DNS/DHCP, network cable management, Cisco Firepower/Firewall Management, solutions design build, integration troubleshooting, and software integrations is desired.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a government or public sector environment.
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
