Dentist Community Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Dentist Community Care Specialist to provide high-quality dental care to underserved families, focusing primarily on children. The successful candidate will promote a positive image of the company while working alongside a dedicated team to create memorable experiences for patients.

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional dental care to patients with the support of your team.
- Hold staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and company compliance programs.
- Participate in activities to promote a positive image of the company.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
- CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification (where required).
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.

- A guaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp period or a percentage of collections.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $175,000 - $225,000 based on location and experience.
