Job Title: Office Lead/Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Lead/Administrator to join our team at Primary Talent Partners. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative processes, including check-in, chart verification, and demographic updates
- Listen and respond to patient and family member concerns, and route issues to appropriate personnel
- Analyze daily administrative operations and optimize resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies, including HIPAA
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of office administration experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and bi-lingual (English/Spanish) abilities a plus
