Job Description: As a Billing Specialist at Out of the Box Solutions, you will be an essential member of our billing and payroll division, ensuring precise and timely billing processes and timekeeping.
Your responsibilities will include bi-monthly billing, addressing billing discrepancies, and delivering outstanding customer service for billing and timekeeping inquiries.
Your meticulous attention to detail and data analysis skills will significantly contribute to our financial performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar administrative capacity.
  • Proficiency in Google Suites and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Applicants must be able to pass a background check.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM in our local office.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
  • Willingness to commute or relocate is necessary.
