Lead Nursing Coordinator

Job Summary
The Lead RN is responsible for coordinating clinical operations and activities on their nursing unit. This role involves providing direct patient care, facilitating workflow, and maintaining compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate clinical operations and activities on the nursing unit
- Provide direct patient care and support
- Facilitate workflow and distribute workload assignments
- Maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct yearly performance evaluations for CNAs
Requirements
- Education to meet certification, license, or registration requirements
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Background check required
- 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care
Preferred Qualifications
- Supervisory experience
