Job Summary

Potawatomi Federal Solutions is seeking a skilled Heavy Civil Construction Laborer to join our team. As a laborer, you will play a critical role in the success of our construction projects, working closely with our experienced team to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of tasks related to construction, including trenchwork, pipe laying, grading, survey staking, and minor forming for concrete.
  • Assist in the operation of equipment such as skidsteers, loaders, excavators, and haul trucks.
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills in GPS training for grade control, programming, and modeling for programming into equipment.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating a strong teamwork mentality and ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
  • Meet physical requirements, including the ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Requirements
  • Possess a High School diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Have transportation to and from work daily.

  • Ability to work well on a crew with a teamwork mentality.
  • Write and verbalize clearly, informatively, and effectively, able to read and interpret written information.
