About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Logistics Dispatch Specialist to join our team at LionHeart Critical Power. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient deployment of our fleet of technicians and equipment across the Chicago region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch a large fleet of technicians and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient deployment to meet customer needs
  • Analyze job requirements, mechanical issues, and customer needs to prioritize tasks and coordinate schedules
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Chicago's layout, neighborhoods, and travel times to optimize routes and minimize downtime
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor and adjust routes, schedules, and job priorities in real-time to meet changing demands
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, dispatching, or a relevant field
  • Mechanical knowledge or experience in a technical or equipment-related industry
  • Strong familiarity with the Chicago area, including traffic patterns, travel times, and geography
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Excellent computer and phone skills
