Pulse Program Specialist Job Description

Life Spine is seeking a highly skilled Pulse Program Specialist to manage the company's educational programs within the onsite Cadaver Lab and offsite cadaveric training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical education and experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement educational programs for surgeons and medical professionals.
  • Manage logistics and coordination for Pulse events, including setup, vendor coordination, and shipping.
  • Assist in creating and revising collateral materials, including curriculum and event promotional communications.
  • Track attendance and proficiency for Pulse events and workshops.
  • Collaborate with executives, sales, engineering, and corporate events teams to ensure high-quality events.
  • Manage cadaver labs onsite and offsite, providing best practices and universal precautions training to other departments.
  • Interface with managers/directors of other product lines to understand relationships within the portfolio of products offered by the company.
  • Manage the company's medical education initiative, assisting in the preparation and running of surgeon training courses.
  • Execute strategic sales and marketing planning activities to identify key targets, surgeons, and hospitals for PULSE visits.
Requirements:
  • Four-year degree in marketing, science, biology, communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing and sales experience within the medical device industry or related field, spine preferred.
  • Strategic/tactical planning and implementation capabilities.
  • High attention to detail, superior organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility.
  • Results-oriented and a quick learner, responsive to the urgent needs of the team.
  • Good computer skills and inclination to adopt technology to maximize efficiency.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and gather and analyze statistical data.

Anticipated Travel: 15%
