Job Title: Registered Nurse - Geriatric Psychology

At Tenet Massachusetts, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Geriatric Psychology Nurse. This is a full-time, ongoing position with a 32-hour workweek, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Job Summary:

This role provides direct clinical patient care to geriatric patients with mental health needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis. The RN will also supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated and ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis.

  • Provide effective interpersonal and communication skills and serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

Qualifications:

  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
  • Currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation in the state of practice, or policy; CPR.
