Job Overview

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled nurse specialist for a local contract position in Labor and Delivery. As a registered nurse, you will deliver high-quality care to patients while leading and supervising clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective care to patients on a per-shift basis
  • Lead and supervise clinical staff to ensure competency and effective resource management
  • Collaborate with the facility's CNO to ensure clinical staff competency and effective resource management
Requirements
  • Current state licensure or registration as per state laws
  • Specialty certifications as required (must meet certification requirements for each supported nursing specialty)
  • CPR (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum 2+ years of nursing experience and 1+ year of recent experience in a nursing specialty within an Acute Care hospital setting
