Job Profile

This role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care services in accordance with physician orders, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs, ensuring effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with interdisciplinary teams, including administrative, clinical, and research partners.
  • Mentor and educate nursing staff on evidence-based practices, best practices, and clinical programs.
  • Identify high-risk patients and work with the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Promote shared decision-making with patients, educating them on their clinical condition, treatment options, and their role in healthcare decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associates degree with review of Nurse Executive Council.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Specialty nursing certifications preferred.
