**Policy Leader Wanted:**

Boundlessfellows is seeking an experienced Government Affairs Manager II to lead our policy efforts in the western United States. As a member of our Policy & Government Affairs department, you will be responsible for shaping complex public policy debates and advocating for our interests with state and local policymakers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement strategic policy plans to achieve state and local policy goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key policymakers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive policy objectives forward.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 5 years of experience in state or local government, policy, or corporate government relations.
  • Strong understanding of state and local lawmaking and regulatory processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

**Salary Range:** The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $149,000 to $200,000 USD, depending on the location. For US-based candidates, the base pay ranges are as follows: CA, NY, CT, NJ: $180,000 - $200,000 USD; WA: $173,000 - $192,000 USD; OR, DE, ME, MA, MD, NH, RI, VT, DC, PA, VA, CO, TX, IL, HI: $166,000 - $184,000 USD; All other states: $149,000 - $166,000 USD.
