Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties:

  • Oversee the culinary activities of food service staff as directed.
  • Prepare a variety of dishes and menu items following established recipes.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring cleanliness after each use.
  • Store, label, and date food items in accordance with company policies.
  • Adhere to HACCP guidelines to maintain food quality and safety.
  • Comply with health and sanitation regulations and departmental procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate daily production records and required documentation.
  • Support the cross-training of team members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
