We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Buffalo Luke's in Jasper, Georgia. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect competitive tips, meal discounts, and a flexible schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen environment to ensure food safety and quality.
- Preparing workstations for cooking and preparing kitchen equipment to meet operational needs.
- Inspecting ingredients for quality and freshness to ensure consistency in our dishes.
- Cooking food to order using various culinary techniques and presentation styles.
- Managing food storage, stock, and ingredient orders to maintain efficient inventory levels.
- Preparing workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment for optimal cooking performance.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a fast-casual dining environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
