Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of all non-electrical interior and exterior components and hardware.

- Fastening parts together to create subassemblies, including doors, seats, instrument control panels, steering columns, and axle units.

- Sealing joints and seams using a caulking gun.
- Positioning and securing seats, door paneling, headliners, carpeting, molding, and other trim.
- Assembling fabricated parts, components, or units at designated workstations.
- Utilizing templates or measurements to position parts and subassemblies.
- Employing hand tools and power tools to assemble units in accordance with product specifications.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in reading and utilizing linear and other measuring devices.
- Capable of performing all operations within acceptable quality and time standards.
- Fundamental knowledge of various pneumatic and power tools, including drills and screw guns.
- Familiarity with OSHA and EPA standards is essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Competence in setting work priorities to meet scheduled production goals.

Physical Requirements:

- Regularly lift and/or move up to 40 lbs without assistance.
- Work from various positions, including squatting, kneeling, or bending.
- Work with arms elevated.
- Utilize ladders or scaffolding.
- Stand at a workstation for extended periods (minus designated breaks).
- Safely operate specified hand, air, power tools, and machinery.
- Understand and operate all protective safety equipment in the work area.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- Handle and dispose of hazardous waste appropriately.
- Work in noisy and dusty environments.
- Regularly work near moving mechanical parts and may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and vibrations. Occasional exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals may occur.

Experience:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a related manufacturing environment is preferred.
