**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team at REV Group Inc. as a Manufacturing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and testing electrical systems for our emergency vehicles.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assemble and test electrical systems, including circuitry and wiring
  • Use linear and other measuring devices, such as volt meters and test lights
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure all operations meet acceptable standards
  • Understand and apply knowledge of voltage, current, and resistance
  • Operate various pneumatic and power tools safely and effectively
  • Familiarize yourself with the safe operation of tools, including drills and screw guns
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of 12V DC and 110V AC circuitry
  • Apply basic mathematics to solve problems and complete tasks
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive electronics and technologies
  • Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on continuous improvement

**Requirements:**

  • 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in electrical systems assembly
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and circuitry
  • Ability to work from various positions, including squatting, kneeling, and bending
  • Ability to work with arms above head and from ladders or scaffolding
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a noisy and dusty environment
  • Four years of experience in automotive electrical installation and troubleshooting
  • Advanced knowledge of automotive mechanical systems and technologies
