About the Role

At HALCORE GROUP, INC., we are seeking a highly skilled Assembly Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for installing various vehicle interior and exterior parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation of all non-electrical interior and exterior components and hardware
  • Bolting, screwing, clipping, or otherwise fastening together parts to form subassemblies, such as doors, seats, instrument control panels, steering columns, and axle units
  • Sealing joints and seams using caulking guns
  • Fastening seats, door paneling, headliners, carpeting, molding, and other trim into position
  • Assembling fabricated parts, components, or units at floor stations
  • Positioning parts and subassemblies using templates or reading measurements
  • Using hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications
Requirements
  • Ability to read and use linear and other measuring devices
  • Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards
  • Fundamental knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards
  • Ability to function with minimal supervision or no supervision
  • Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled
