The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our sales efforts in the Southwest Bay Area. As our inaugural sales hire, you will have the opportunity to establish and shape the sales function from the ground up. This role is ideal for a proactive 'hunter' who excels at identifying potential clients, demonstrating the value of our service, and guiding prospects through the sales process to closure. Your performance will be evaluated based on the new revenue generated, the business volume you create, and consistent month-over-month growth.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads through direct, face-to-face outreach.
  • Organize and conduct on-site demonstrations, a key aspect of our sales strategy.
  • Develop tailored proposals that address specific waste management needs.
  • Manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously until completion.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for weekly and monthly sales tracking.
  • Represent Smash My Trash at relevant industry events and trade shows.
  • Engage with clients while actively participating in the waste management process.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Passionate about high earning potential and career advancement.
  • Outgoing and personable, able to build rapport with clients.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B services with a proven sales track record.
  • Skilled in developing strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Organized and reliable, capable of managing various tasks and clients.
  • Proficient with technology, including email and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record.
