Housekeeper - Vanderbilt University Medical Center

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all individuals interacting with our facilities.
- Clean and sanitize all assigned areas, including patient rooms, common areas, and equipment, in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Restock and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest cleaning technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve shared goals.
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift, bend, and push/pull heavy equipment and supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
