Job Description

The RN New Grad Program is an 8-12 week program guideline that includes being supported as a new grad for your first 12 months. You will work closely with a team of experienced nurses and educators who will provide guidance and mentorship throughout your training.

As a participant in our Nurse Development Program, you will have access to:

  • A robust curriculum that adapts throughout your first year of practice
  • Development of professional relationships through cohort experience and collaboration with peers
  • Experience growth in your clinical reasoning skills through preceptorship, simulation, case studies, role-playing, group discussions, self-reflection, and active learning activities
Requirements

To be eligible for our Nurse Development Program, you must:

  • Have a current Arizona RN license or compact state license
  • Hold an Associate's or Diploma degree in nursing or a Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred)
  • Be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Have completed ACLS certification within 180 days of employment
