Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate RNs to join our team at Northwest Medical Center. Our new grad RN program provides a supportive environment for you to learn and grow, with opportunities to work in various departments and shifts. You will be paired with experienced preceptors who will guide you through your training and provide ongoing support throughout your first year of practice.

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits, including:

  • Estimated salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
  • A robust benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Tuition reimbursement and up to $20,000 for student loan payments

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • An Associate's or Diploma in nursing program
  • A current Arizona RN license or compact state license
  • American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification
  • New grad RNs have 180 days to certify in ACLS or other certifications required for department
