Survey Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Geomatics Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of field staff and office staff for multiple land survey projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, tracking deliverables, and ensuring services meet company quality standards and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage land survey projects from start to finish, ensuring services meet company quality standards and client specifications
- Develop and manage proposals, budgets, schedules, billings, and contracts
- Establish work plans and staffing requirements for multiple land survey projects
- Participate in business development opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Develop and conduct presentations to clients and other critical stakeholders
- Effectively interface with sub-consultants and other business relationships
- Manage and report financial status, including AR/WIP and billing cycles
- Represent company interests while in meetings and trade shows as needed
- 5+ years of industry-related work experience in a professional or management capacity
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in project/phase management for large-scale projects
- Strong proficiency with or understanding of tools such as AutoCAD, Micro Station, Geopack, MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly define assignments/deliverables to team members
- Ability to oversee, mentor, and motivate a project team
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and problem-solve on the fly
- Ability to meet or exceed aggressive deadlines while maintaining teamwork and collaboration with others
