Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Service Representative II to join our team at Silver State Schools Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, building relationships, and promoting our credit union's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.
  • Promote credit union products and services, identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to members.
  • Process and open new accounts, loans, and other financial services, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to credit union policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on credit union products, services, and policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of banking or credit union experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of credit union products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
