Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Student Assistance Team Representative. This role will play a critical part in enhancing the caller's overall customer service experience by providing timely support, accurate information, and promoting more progressive use of the MyCSN system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist with operational support to the Office of the Registrar, Student Financial Services, the Cashier's Office, and all other CSN Departments.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the MyCSN system and provide training and support to students and staff as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Call Center Director to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Perform data entry and maintenance tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in data entry software.
  • Availability to work a part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
