Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Billing Coordinator to join our team at TEAM Concepts Corp. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing payroll, billing, and accounts payable processes.

About the Role:

  • Process payroll and manage employee benefits
  • Manage and update vendor accounts
  • Process payments and deposits
  • Communicate with vendors and employees regarding payment status and resolve disputes
  • Responsible for analyzing and reconciling account discrepancies
  • Perform general accounting support tasks such as reviewing contracts for policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Accounting Software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required to deal with team in Colombia

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
