Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product and service information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process orders, prepare correspondence, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate customer records, update account information, and process customer adjustments.
  • Reporting: Prepare product and service reports, analyzing customer information to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience: 0-12 months of system, data entry, or reporting experience; 0-12 months of warehouse experience preferred
