Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric Lead Driver Ambassador to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Driver Ambassador, you will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a team of driver ambassadors, ensuring efficient and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of a team of driver ambassadors, ensuring efficient and timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues, maintaining a safe and secure work environment for both drivers and passengers.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Assist driver ambassadors with any operational challenges or road hazards they may encounter.
- Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing drivers, covering company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and customer service protocols.
- Maintain an organized and efficient storage system for driver uniforms, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements:
- 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver's license are required.
- A passion for growth, leadership, customer service, and working with the public.
- The ability to use technology such as an iPhone, GPS, and other applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to train and develop others, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
- Weekend availability.
- CDL with Passenger Endorsement required or the ability to obtain one before start date.
- Open availability is a plus.

Additional Information: The candidate must be able to stand, sit, walk, and manipulate various tools to complete the expectations of the role. This role may require working in various weather conditions and have exposure to the elements. The role may require lifting up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
