Demand Planner

We are seeking a talented Demand Planner to drive sales and service objectives. As a key member of our Supply Chain Team, you will play a vital role in developing and communicating the demand plan to support the business unit's success.

• Forecast demand at the SKU and Customer level utilizing forecasting software (Logility) based on analysis and inputs from Sales and Marketing
• Utilize best practices (statistical models and software tools) to assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating the sales forecast including historical sales trends, market trends and demand drivers, promotions, and inventory levels
• Work collaboratively with the Sales & Marketing Teams to improve and understand forecast accuracy gaps and issues
• Lead monthly Demand Reviews & Collaboration calls with business teams to review recommended sales forecasts, customer inventory goals, and the impact of supply constraints on production plans
• Work with Finance to develop budgets and monthly financial forecasts using analysis and forward-looking forecasts
• Ensure that we meet our customer needs while meeting our inventory plan and manufacturing efficiently

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Supply Chain, Finance, or other scientific discipline
• At least 3 years related experience, with a background in master scheduling, forecasting, and planning preferred
• Advanced level of experience with Microsoft products, mainly Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of demand and supply management/forecasting tools, planning processes, manufacturing and supply chain issues and KPIs
• Experience with ERP systems and forecasting software
• Strong attention to detail with superior communication and team building skills
• Ability to work Collaboratively across the organization
• Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of business processes and cycles
• Excellent organization skills
